The apartment is ideal for a family with older children or individual travelers. It has its own terrace with a magnificent view over the old town and has direct access via a stone staircase to the Mediterranean garden with its lemon and orange trees.
The rooms exude a spacious elegance through the high ceilings and starry vaults, and a delightful coolness in hot summer months. Each piece of furniture is carefully selected, the sofas, beds and mattresses made by local craftsmen. The large open kitchen is connected to the dining and living room. The typical turn-of-the-century wood-burning kitchen has been restored and combined with a modern kitchen. The view from the cooking island, which is made of high-quality Carrara marble, sweeps over the church opposite and the roofs of the old town. Both the kitchen and the living room and one bedroom provide access to the two terraces.
The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, the equipment is very high quality and thanks to an underfloor heating can be inhabited all year round.

The bedroom is equipped with a handmade antique bed with decorations (160x190 cm). Also from here balcony doors open directly onto one of the terraces. The second bedroom has its own balcony overlooking Via Marconi. The room is furnished in 1950s design, the eye-catcher is the sideboard by contemporary designer Ovaldo Borsani (for Dassi). The handmade double bed (180x200) consists of two mattresses. The two bathrooms delight with their cementine floors.
On the interconnecting terraces with their stone floors, up to 8 people can gather around a table. The barbecue and sun loungers invite you to spend warm summer nights with a good glass of wine. From here you can see the most beautiful sunsets over the roofs of the old town.
