Experience the light of Puglia

Space. Light. Vastness.

Elegance.

The palazzo was built at the turn of the century by a Salentine family and was inhabited until the 1980-ies. The current owners, the Gargiso family, acquired the palazzo in 2018, restored it carefully, with love for the historic substance and added restrained modern elements.

Craftsmanship.

The windows of the palazzo on the facade of the house recall the Moorish-Oriental period in Puglia. Inside, the high rooms with traditional star vaults exude generosity and spaciousness. Eye-catching features of the living spaces are the beautiful, handcrafted cementine and terrazzo floors with their antique patterns, which have been elaborately restored to shine.

Comfort.

For the interior design, the owners were inspired by the style of the 1930s to 1950s, each piece of furniture is unique, lovingly restored or made by Italian craftsmen. The antique floors have been lavishly restored, underfloor or wall heaters provide a pleasant atmosphere even in the cooler months. In summer, not only the wind brings pleasant coolness, but also air conditioning in all rooms.
