The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via the stately staircase. It is ideal for a small family, couples with 1 child, friends traveling together or solo travelers. From the terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view over the old town and have direct access via a stone staircase to the Mediterranean garden with its lemon and orange trees. The garden is available to all guests, offers shady places to read and dream.

The rooms of both apartments radiate a spacious elegance through the high ceilings and star vaults and a wonderful coolness in hot summer months. Through the reception room with its original cementine floor you enter the apartment, furnished in the style of the 50s and at the same time modern. The large bedroom, also with high ceilings and a terrazzo floor offers a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), two closets and a desk. The double French doors open onto the view of Via Marconi. From each window you can enjoy beautiful views of the rooftops, houses and gardens of the city.

Das stilvoll eingerichtete Bad mit orientalischen Elementen in den Tönen beige und grau hat eine ebenerdige, gemauerte Dusche und ein eigenes Fenster. Das Einzelzimmer ist schlicht im Salento Style eingerichtet mit Tagesbett und einem Bad (WC, Bidet, Dusche, Fenster) en suite. Der Blick von der Küche schweift über den Garten und die Dächer der Altstadt von Corigliano d’Otranto. Die moderne Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Spüle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Elektro-Backofen (klein) und Wasserkocher. An dem runden Tisch aus den 1950er Jahren finden bis zu sechs Personen Platz. Ein kleines Sofa lädt zum Dösen oder Lesen ein. Von hier aus betritt man die Terrasse mit schönem Panoramablick, auf der man das Frühstück oder den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann – und nachts den Sternenhimmel. Die Terrasse ist mit Tisch, Stühlen, Waschbecken, Grill und 2 Liegestühlen ausgestattet.

Eine Steintreppe führt in den Garten mit seinen Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Hier laden stille Ecken, eine Hängematte und der kühle Schatten der Zitrusbäume zum Verweilen ein.
